There are many ways for you to get involved with your community. You can:
*join a community centre and sit on its Board
*apply to the City to sit on an advisory committee
*join a volunteer organization
*become a sponsor of a place like the Van Dusen Gardens
There are countless ways you can make a difference in your city. All you have to do is get involved. Contact the City of Vancouver or Volunteer Vancouver to find out about more opportunities.
